Every day, I never cease to be amazed at the number of dieting books , dieting plans, and weight loss pills that are put on the general market. Such displays are usually increased quite a bit right after Thanksgiving and just before summer, usually in the same spots were displays for potato chips and heavy gravy once stood.

And each year, the growing population of people who find themselves overweight try one of these “quick fix” methods to shed unwanted fat, as to lose weight now. And that’s where the problem begins.

In today’s “go-go-go” society of eating fast food, rushing between work and school, and idling on computers, it’s empty to be tempted into trying out quick-fixes for weight loss.
