Another Report on Alticor/Amway/Quixtar

In response to the greatness of Amway/Quixtar/Alticor and their "attempts" to clean up since 1999. Here's a funny report.

Alticor was sued in 2004 for a crappy 3rd rate "Shape Up" Program and before you IBO nuts claim that it was a mistake. The courts ordered Amway to pay the disgruntled customers.

Alticor will provide $4.5 million in cash and $6 million in Nutrilite products to disgruntled users of Shape Up! The product was taken off the market in 2004.

2004? I thought the company cleaned up in 1999?

That's some cleanup! Just 5 years after a big fight with the FTC? There you go again, and you people support this garbage?

PS:As recent as 2/16/2007 Quixtar/Amway/Alticor have been sued for fraud/racketeering. That's some major clean up they've tried to do!

PS:Alticor/Amway/Quixtar have been in the news as recent as October 23rd of this year on fraud claims.

PS:Dr Phil did promote Amway products but because of your wonderful company, he was sued for fraud.

Before you IBO's claim it was individuals that did this to your precious company. Realize this, as an Independent Business Owner part of an MLM/Pyramid you are solely responsible for the shitstorms you create that's why its not the IBO's getting sued for the fraud, it's the parent company. It wasn't your IBO's that were being investigated by Dateline, the FBI and the FTC.

Oh yes and the UNICEF claim, they don't work with Amway they take donations from Amway hahahahaha they take donations from anyone that doesn't make your claims any more or less legit.

Finally,I'm done discussing it, before you halfwits come to me with your one sided research realize that when I'm done with you I will own your soul.

More lies from the great jbmilitaty.

Alticor was not sued for ShapeUp - Dr Phil and his company CSA Nutreucetical were - they were his products, not Nutrilite's or Amway's. Here's the lawsuit. Alticor was involved primarily because they were manufacturing the products to CSA Nutraceuticals' specifications. If I recall correctly Alticor was involved in the settlement because they had bought out one of the companies that owned CSA - after the case was launched. What's more the case wasn't about whether the products were crappy or not, it was about the claims ShapeUp was making about them.

As for UNICEF, again you lie, it's more than just money, though that's an obvious part of it. What does UNICEF say? From Unicef.org - a global partner of UNICEF"

As for your Oct 23 "fraud claims" you wouldn't want to mess up your story with the fact the court threw the case out, with prejudice would you?

Thought you said you were "done discussing it" before? Probably a good idea to stop, since you keep just proving either your ignorance or your inability to tell the truth.

Really? Alticor wasn't sued? Then why did Alticor have to pay the 4.5 million in cash and $6 million in products? Also,Dr Phil didn't have to pay a dime for the lawsuit it was on Alticor to pay the damages. Obviously, you don't "recall" correctly heh

As for the Oct 23rd fraud claims Like I've said your company obviously hasn't cleaned up much if they are still having legal troubles to the present day. What about the fraud/racketeering charges in Feb 2007? I Do Not Lie I bring credible sources and You bring me Youtube videos and your personal website hahahha I win

One More Thing Mr IBO Why do you comment on my pages if I'm so wrong? If your company was so great why defend it so hard against me? Are you that worried that people might actually listen to a credible source over somebody's personal website? If you're making such great money you have nothing to worry about.

Even if you are right about Alticor buying out the company being sued It wasn't too bright to buy a company in the middle of a lawsuit based on fraud. That's common sense
