When browsing the web for some good podcasting and voice chat tools today, I came across this free goody that may be useful to those who are involved with conference calls.
A company called AccuConference, who specialize in web conferencing (along with audio), released a pretty nifty looking plugin that works with Outlook.
This tool allows moderators to send reminders to conference participants with information such as topics, times, call-in-numbers and more. According to the press release, anyone can download the plugin and easily set it up, regardless of what company handles conferencing needs.
